well…mr trainer dude royally made me hurt! core, tire flips and sprints, triceps and biceps, and then i finished up with squats… it hurts to do just about anything.. but it’s a good hurt. i enjoy the pain, it really makes me aware of where and how my work outs are affecting my body. i thought i would go to the gym this morning and just do some cardio to help work out some of the soreness… that darn elliptical almost killed me! i was sweating my butt off and in so much pain (ya know that burn…) but i pushed through and have been relaxing and pampering myself for the afternoon.
I need to get better at letting my whole body rest - but if i do not make it into the gym my day isn’t complete.. need to find something else to keep my mind and body preoccupied for the days i am resting..
